SIGN UP, DEPOSIT, AND FINAL PAYMENT
All available space for each tour is on a first come, first serve basis and each tour has limited availability. To reserve a space on the tour a deposit of $700 is required for all participants. Full payment is due 75-120 days prior to departure date. Any reservation made after full payment due date will be required to pay the full balance upon booking (unless otherwise noted). Late sign ups may be subject to an adjusted tour rate.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
All travelers on international tours are required to have a valid passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended dates of travel. It is each traveler’s responsibility to ensure their passport meets this requirement prior to departure. We recommend verifying your passport’s expiration date well in advance and renewing it if necessary. A clear photocopy of your passport’s information page should be submitted with your registration materials. Travelers without valid passports may be denied boarding or entry by airlines or border authorities, and Bluebird Guided Tours cannot be held responsible for any costs or disruptions resulting from invalid documentation.

GENERAL REFUND POLICY
Before 120 days to departure: Full refund
After 120 days and before 75 days to departure: 50%-100% refunded*
After 75 days prior to departure: No refund
(*Depending on trip occupancy, less any unrecoverable expenses, non-refundable deposits, cancellation penalties, etc.)
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Bluebird Guided Tours always strives to provide the maximum refund to any guest that must cancel their tour. Guests may receive partial refunds depending on the date of cancellation, trip occupancy, vendor contracts, and other factors. Travel protection helps protect your nonrefundable payments if you have to cancel due to a covered event.
TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN
Travel Protection is RECOMMENDED to all travelers to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Unforeseen events such as flight delays, baggage loss or even a sudden sickness or injury could impact your travel plans. For your convenience, we offer a Travel Protection Plan as an add-on option. Non-insurance services and assistance fees are also included in the total travel protection plan cost. Coverage and maximum amounts may vary by state and may not be available in all states.

Flights, ground transportation, lodging, many meals, most daily activities (unless specified), and much more!
TRIP DOES NOT INCLUDE
Meals and tips are not included in tour cost, other than those specifically mentioned. Checked baggage fees may apply when flying. Beer, wine, liquor, telephone calls, souvenirs or any other personal expenses are not included in tour cost.
RELEASE FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
You understand that during the tour, Bluebird Guided Tours may take photographs and/or video recordings that include images of participants, including yourself. These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to the company’s website, brochures, social media, and other advertising materials.
By participating in this tour, you grant Bluebird Guided Tours the irrevocable right and permission to use, reproduce, and distribute images and recordings of you, without compensation, for lawful promotional purposes. You waive any right to inspect or approve the final product or its use.
If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you understand that it is your responsibility to inform the Tour Director before or during the trip, and Bluebird Guided Tours will make every effort to honor this request.

The optional Travel Protection Plan includes "Accident & Sickness Medical Expense" and "Medical Evacuation & Repatriation of Remains" to help protect against unforeseen medical expenses while on your trip. Bluebird Guided Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour at its discretion and if it does become necessary, refund any or all moneys to guests thus releasing Bluebird Guided Tours from any further obligation.
