Travel north this morning, through the Nova Scotia Peninsula and along the Atlantic Ocean, eventually to the town of Baddeck on Cape Brenton Island. Apart from beautiful coastal views today, we’ll see the Bras d’Or Lakes, Canada’s only inland sea. After arriving in Baddeck, stop by the Alexander Graham Bell Museum to see some historic inventions. Finish the night with a group social hour and dinner.

Today, we travel along the ‘Cabot Trail’ through the north portion of Cape Brenton Island. See steep cliffs and river canyons in Cape Brenton Highlands National Park along with awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean. This national park was the first in the Atlantic coastal provinces of Canada and is one of the most picturesque. We’ll make our way down the coast by passing through fishing villages like Neil’s Harbor and others, finishing our day in Baddeck.
